The handicraftgreetings.com  can only accept orders from within the Country, with a valid postcode. Please note that since these are handmade products and are not produced in bulk like other machinery products there can some time  be delay due to unavailability,if it is so we will intimate you the same .

We will have no responsibility if goods are damaged due to enroute accident,natural clamity like floods,earth quakes etc.

Cancelling your Order Prior to Delivery

You may cancel your order at any time upto the time prior to your item being dispatched by telephone09417221101 (08.30 - 1800 Monday to Friday) or info@handicraftgreetings.com. Once dispatched,the orders can not be cancelled.

Return Policy

You have the right to return  your order within 48 hrs.of delivery with invoice and same packaging properly sealed at your expense for full refund. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. We ask that the goods are returned in saleable condition .We would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service that can be tracked.
